Simply select your type of property and the town/city where it is located.
Example I:Let's assume you have a free room in Leipzig that you want to rent out to a nice flat mate. Just select "Flatshare" from the above left drop down menu and then select "Leipzig" from the drop-down menu on the right. You will then get a list of all people that are currently looking for a flat share in Leipzig. Feel free to look at any of the ads you think will fit your flat share. Finally email or phone them.
Example II:Let's imagine you own a studio apartment in Frankfurt and you are looking for somebody to rent it. Choose the option "Studio apartment" from the above left drop-down menu and the option Frankfurt from the drop-down menu on the right. A list of all people looking for a studio apartment in Frankfurt will be generated. You can then contact them via email or phone.
Example III:Last but not least, let's assume you want to rent out a multi-room apartment (an apartment or house with 2 or more rooms) in Hamburg. To find nice people that are interested in such an Offer again use the the above drop-down menus. This time choose the option "Apartment" or "House" from the drop down menu on the left and the town "Hamburg" from the menu on the right. Once again you will see a list displaying all the people that are interested in your Offer. Contact them via email or phone.
